In this position, you will be responsible for collecting market feedback, identifying new product opportunities, conceptualizing solutions, writing product requirements, and partnering cross-functionally to bring new products to market. You’ll work with every part of the organization at every level, including Confiant’s senior leadership, to craft and execute the product roadmap. This is a great opportunity for a product manager looking to join a high-paced start-up with a real social purpose: eradicating malware from online advertising and the threat actors behind them.
Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. Continuously refine the product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Analyze Market Trends: Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and new product opportunities, helping to enhance and differentiate our offerings.
- Customer Focus: Deeply understand our customers' needs, pain points, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research. Use this understanding to shape product decisions and ensure we are solving the right problems.
- Product Execution: Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality products on time. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and post-launch analysis. Define and prioritize product requirements, manage development backlogs, and provide design guidance through wireframes to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan, including setting timelines, managing resources, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective product rollout and adoption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership. Ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and key metrics.
- Measuring Product Success: Define and measure product success metrics for new features and ensure that we deliver value to our customers. Use data to inform product decisions, track product performance, and identify areas for improvement. Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and data-driven insights.
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Act as the product advocate, evangelizing and sharing your product vision and strategy.
- Technical Acumen: Work closely with Engineering to understand the technical implications of product decisions. Ensure that product features are technically feasible and can be delivered within the desired timelines.

- Proven track record of managing products through their full lifecycle, from conception to launch, while driving measurable business results. You should be an expert at integrating customer feedback, prioritizing features, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
