OVERVIEW
The Product Manager oversees the development and management of OS BENEFiTS (OSB) health care and benefits products. The role involves executing product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring the product meets our customers' needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work with the Director of Engineering and Founder + CEO to develop and execute the overall strategic product design, implementation, and growth strategies.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including developing and implementing strategies to enhance product reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Founder + CEO to ensure product development aligns with company goals and customer needs.
- Develop and execute a roadmap of data-driven goals to improve product performance.
- Utilize web analytics, channel performance data, and internal financial data to drive product improvements.
- Bring expertise in product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful market penetration.
- Devise and implement strategies to monitor product performance and analyze market position.
- Conduct industry benchmarking and present findings to ensure the product remains competitive.
- Responsible for preparing and delivering weekly reports on product development, customer enrollment, and user engagement metrics.
- Work closely with the OSB team to achieve quarterly goals and support company culture.
- Provide feedback and support to team members, helping to resolve complex problems and promote a growth-oriented culture.
- Ensure product operations and development adhere to legal regulations and internal policies.
- Support additional product-related projects as needed.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in product management, product marketing or a related field.
- Preferred experience in food tech, hospitality, employee benefits, healthcare or human resources industry.
- Experience in various project management and software development methodologies including agile, waterfall and scrum.
- Thorough understanding of project/product management techniques and methods.
- Preferred experience in Asana, Figma, Intercom and Superset.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance product performance.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships to establish trust and confidence.
- Empathetic and positive attitude with a desire to help customers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
- Experience leading and managing projects from concept to completion.
- Solutions-oriented and displays innovation and initiative.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize, and can work independently as well as on a team.

Location: Remote within the US
Compensation: $90-100k annual salary + benefits
