Role Mission:
As a member of the LeagueApps Product team, the Product Manager (Product Owner) will own the product development lifecycle from idea to release for assigned products. You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our youth sports software solutions. You will collaborate closely with and build strong cross-functional relationships with the engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver best-in-class products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Our PM team is expected to continuously innovate to keep our customers and our partners on top of their game, and in return will get the opportunity to shape a product that is used by millions of people.
What You'll Do:
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and priorities.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and communicate product updates.
- Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.
- Manage product development from concept to scale, while understanding customers needs and delivering business value
Who You Are:
- Ability to talk with clients about their needs, flush out requirements, and uncover the details needed to make informed and accurate decisions
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including emails, proposals, analysis, exploratory calls, demos and meetings
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage external and internal resources
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers and designers
- Track and test delivered products vs functional requirements
- Working knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and JavaScript
- Knowledge of REST APIs is preferred
- Experience working on a product team for a SaaS platform

- You have Product Management experience within the B2B, SMB, and/or SaaS space.
- You have a track record of progressive and continuous success within a Product org.
- You understand how to manage resources and people that are not your direct reports.
- You have the ability to prioritize clearly and manage finite resources.
- Facts and data drive the decisions you make and the programs you put in place.
- You can collaborate at all levels of an organization and are comfortable building relationships with partners, customers and vendors.
- You are passionate about what you do and have an interest in being a part of the community we are building within youth sports.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $100,121 - $150,181

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at LeagueApps. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other LeagueApps employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at LeagueApps to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
