We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our teams building our developer platform product. This is a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate across engineering, partnerships and design teams to create the core infrastructure and services that power end-user applications in the Aptos ecosystem. Successful candidates should have proven strengths in strategy, analysis and end-to-end product delivery along with a keen product and commercial mindset.
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our developer platform product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, partnerships, and marketing to drive product success and alignment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Prioritize and manage product features and the product roadmap based on customer & stakeholder feedback, company goals, and technical constraints.
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive product adoption.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and customer satisfaction to continuously improve and optimize the product.
- Define and execute on a commercial strategy for our developer platform product
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of product management experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing developer and enterprise products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working on technical products and platforms. You should be comfortable. collaborating closely with engineering teams on highly-technical designs and products. Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and applications is highly preferred..
