Datadog Real User Monitoring (RUM) provides deep insight into applications' frontend performance. Customers can monitor real user data in order to optimize web performance and provide exceptional user experiences. They can also correlate issues with backend metrics, traces, logs, and their synthetic tests in a single place to quickly identify and troubleshoot performance issues across their stack.
As a Product Manager for RUM Web, you will build solutions that help customers in the discovery and resolution of web application issues, ensuring they provide the best experience to their own customers. You will strive to make the product even easier to install and onboard, covering more technologies, and providing more opinionated resolution flows to speed time to recovery or proactive optimization of overall application performance.
As the lead for this fast growing product, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution, driving the development and evolution of our Product Analytics offering.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical writing teams to deliver new features and services that are easy to use and understand.
  • Communicate feature releases to internal and external users for efficient go-to-market and product discovery.

Who You Are:
