The Crown Is Yours
As a Product Manager II on the Data Science Product Management Team, you'll drive the strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Data Science tools, focusing on Experimentation and Machine Learning (ML) Platform tools used by our Data Science (DS) and Analytics teams. You will manage the creation and prioritization of the ML Platform and MLOps strategy, ensuring seamless model building, deployment, and maintenance. You'll also scale best practices, organize training, and build documentation to enhance knowledge on MLOps and experimentation across teams.
What you'll do as a Data Science Product Manager II

  • Drive adoption of MLOps frameworks and onboarding to the ML platform.
  • Collaborate with other DS product managers to build a backlog of capabilities within our ML platform that meets business needs.
  • Ensure execution runs smoothly within the ML Engineering team and across partner teams, breaking down the roadmap into the product backlog, supporting user stories, acceptance criteria, and creating interaction models to stay on track.
  • Develop a roadmap for experimentation platforms and tools.
  • Scale experimentation best practices and adoption across teams.
  • Organize training and build documentation to scale knowledge on MLOps and Experimentation.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Data Science or quantitative domain, working with engineering and data teams on technical projects.
  • Experience with Databricks and leveraging it for scaling ML workflow and familiarity with feature store technologies and management of features in ML workflow.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and other data platform and pipeline technologies.
  • Strong comprehension of a/b testing and other forms of experimentation and testing.
  • Experience creating clear product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with data scientists, understand ML workflow, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 113,400.00 USD - 141,800.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
