About the Role

iCapital is seeking a Senior Vice President to join its Evergreen Investment Funds team.  The Product Manager will work closely with a Portfolio Manager responsible for building and managing an evergreen portfolio of direct co-investments alongside a prominent private equity sponsor.  This individual will play an integral role in helping grow iCapital’s evergreen registered fund business by overseeing key aspects of this new fund’s operations, investor relations, marketing, and distribution strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing efforts for the fund including preparing and maintaining fundraising presentations, portfolio review decks, quarterly calls, and other marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with the portfolio manager on the “business of the fund” including distributions, liquidity management, communications with existing and prospective investors, etc.
  • Develop relationships with top distribution platforms in the wealth channel.
  • Coordinate with internal Legal, Accounting, Fund Admin, Operations, Investor Relations, and Distribution business teams on all aspects of the fund.
  • Oversee investor-specific and Board-specific recurring reporting updates.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services (e.g., investment management, project management, private investing, investment banking, transaction advisory services, capital markets, management consulting, etc.)
  • Able to develop strong and trusted relationships with both internal teams and external clients
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • Bachelor's degree: CFA/CAIA/MBA is a plus
  • 6+ years of relevant professional work experience

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
