About Us:

We're on a mission to make it possible for every person, team, and company to be able to tailor their software to solve any problem and take on any challenge. Computers may be our most powerful tools, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use on them every day. At Notion, we want to change this with focus, design, and craft.

We've been working on this together since 2016, and have customers like Pixar, Mitsubishi, Figma, Plaid, Match Group, and thousands more on this journey with us. Today, we're growing fast and excited for new teammates to join us who are the best at what they do. We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as the millions of people Notion reaches worldwide.

Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About The Role:

As the Enterprise Product Lead at Notion, you will define how large organizations adopt, scale, and succeed with Notion. You'll be responsible for making Notion a seamless, secure, and powerful tool for enterprises—driving improvements in admin controls, security, integrations, APIs, and overall ease of adoption. Your work will empower companies to confidently integrate Notion into their workflows and maximize its value across teams.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with design, engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to build enterprise-ready features that meet the unique needs of large organizations. You'll engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and ensure Notion remains a flexible, trusted solution at scale. As an internal advocate for enterprise customers, you’ll ensure their needs shape key product decisions across the company.

This is a mission-critical role as Notion continues to expand upmarket, and an opportunity to have a direct impact on the future of our enterprise business.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Enterprise Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive Notion’s enterprise product strategy, ensuring a thoughtful balance between robust security, admin controls, and seamless deployment and adoption. Develop and execute a roadmap that empowers large organizations to scale with confidence.
  • Enterprise Product Development: Lead and mentor a team of product managers to build enterprise-grade security features, administrative tools, and deployment solutions tailored to the needs of large organizations. Drive the development of scalable systems for user management, team collaboration, and enterprise analytics to support successful adoption and ongoing management. Expand Notion’s integrations and extensibility features to enhance compatibility with enterprise ecosystems.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Be a champion for a seamless and delightful enterprise experience across the company, ensuring the needs of large organizations shape key product decisions. Partner closely with GTM teams to deeply understand enterprise requirements, inform the product roadmap, and support strategic customer deals.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Engage deeply with Notion’s admin and developer communities to understand their challenges, workflows, and aspirations. Use these insights to shape product priorities and drive solutions that make Notion an indispensable tool for enterprise teams.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • You have a track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise products
  • You have a strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and deployment requirements
  • You have managed and mentored product managers, helping them grow and deliver great work
  • You collaborate well cross-functionally—especially with GTM, design, and engineering teams
  • You have experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making
  • You have built, or are committed to building, diverse and inclusive product teams.
  • You are the champion of the customer, while remaining laser focused on delivering significant business impact

Nice to Haves:

  • You have a Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience.
  • You've worked in a startup and care a lot about shaping (and working in) a high-impact, collaborative organization.
  • You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.

Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Notion.
