As a Product Director in Sales Enablement Asset Management, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. You will enhance the productivity of our global client-facing organization by shaping the next-generation vision of our sales enablement platform. Leveraging your strategic vision, Salesforce expertise, and passion for clients, you will lead a global product development team to deliver solutions that drive commercial outcomes and exceed stakeholder expectations. Your role involves fostering cross-product collaboration, influencing at all levels, and partnering with stakeholders to bring innovative capabilities to the platform, transforming sales practices and building long-term client relationships.
Job responsibilities

  • Leads the vision and own the strategic roadmap for Asset Management's global sales enablement platform, including Salesforce applications and critical integrations across business systems.
  • Builds deep and broad stakeholder relationships across client-facing teams globally. Govern product cabinets and user forums to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to advance platform business value.
  • Communicates with clarity, confidence, and conviction at all levels, especially with the C-suite. Tailor messaging to the audience and facilitate alignment on plans by speaking the language of the business.
  • Acts with urgency to deliver on business needs and work under pressure across the matrix with ease.
  • Coaches and develop a high-performing global product team (~20 members), balancing team and business needs. Foster collaboration, motivate, empower, and establish team connectivity with the business to broker and facilitate shared outcomes.
  • Leads the agile product life cycle in partnership with technology colleagues (~25 members) to deliver on business objectives. Continuously listen to and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Monitors and manage the adoption and utilization of sales tools in partnership with the business to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Monitors market trends and identify opportunities for product innovation. Collaborate with internal product partners, including our AI organization, on \"best product for the job\" and \"buy vs. build\" decisions that offer global scale.
  • Partners closely with our Salesforce partner to optimize the consumption of their roadmap and capabilities for maximum business benefit. Lead proof of concept initiatives with technology peers to accelerate innovation.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in delivering products or technology applications at global scale.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce applications--(.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRMA, Marketing Cloud-with a focus on Sales Cloud and its optimization aligned to business needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, enabling clear articulation of platform strategies to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to communicate with clarity, conviction, and confidence to the C-suite, to bring product strategy and plans to life in the language of the business.
  • Experience driving global enterprise change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle and proven experience in agile delivery.
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience in asset or wealth management, with a strong understanding of industry-specific CRM requirements and best practices.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills, with a focus on guiding teams in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce and integrated applications.
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes and tools, including the integration and utilization of Salesforce platforms to run business critical distribution processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights, leveraging CRMA analytics to drive strategic insights to inform business decisions.

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to enhance sales efforts.
  • Deep and broad data- and tech-driven experience in enabling sales productivity and processes end to end.
  • Asset Management, Wealth Management, or other relevant financial industry experience.
  • Advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams on global basis.
