DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Responsible for executing Agency Lending product management strategy and developing core product enhancements. Drive design and delivery of key aspects of strategic Agency Lending product, leveraging firm-wide capabilities to implement efficient and competitive product solutions. Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk team to define new product impact to the business. Define New Product solutions across the business. Develop use cases to explain and demonstrate business requirements to technology and operation teams. Partner with technology and operations teams for solution execution. Assist technology analysts to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into technical solutions, and ensure delivery is on time and on budget. Work with user community, and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations. Manage new product rollout to both internal end users and clients, obtain feedback, and develop appropriate enhancements based on priority.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Development, Trade Support, Operations Specialist, Accounts Assistant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: operations for Securities Services; operations for Agency Lending; operations for Collateral lines of business; Program management; Vendor management; System Testing skills; Documenting Business requirements and workflows; User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Data analysis; technical system design; building operational models for new products; Financial planning; Regulatory reporting changes for securities financing products.
Job Location: 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10179. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $138,736 - $187,500 per year.
