Job Overview:

LiquidX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate or Product Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding customer needs, analyzing product data, and helping to drive the development and improvement of our product offerings. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet user expectations and deliver business value.

This will be a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the New York office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on product performance metrics and customer feedback. Use data to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product improvements.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to help guide product strategy and ensure alignment with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Product Roadmap Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps by identifying and prioritizing features and enhancements based on data insights and stakeholder input.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to support the successful delivery of new product features, improvements, and launches.
  • Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs.
  • User Testing & Feedback: Help design and facilitate user testing sessions and analyze feedback to refine and improve product features.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of product features, requirements, and specifications. Communicate product updates and improvements to internal teams.
  • Product Launch Support: Assist in preparing for product launches, including coordinating with marketing and customer success teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a product-focused role (e.g., Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Coordinator). Experience in treasury/payments, tech, or SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Aha!).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with basic technical concepts and the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.

Desirable Skills:

  • Basic project management skills
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Zendesk, SurveyMonkey).

Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000, plus Annual Bonus
