We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join the North America Brand Strategy & Production team. Producers will work directly with internal creative and sales teams, external brands, agencies, and vendors to create best-in-class creative for Snapchat within the Creators ecosystem. This role will require management and oversight across multiple campaigns for top tier clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, have excellent communication skills in client and vendor management, and possess strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.
Responsibilities:

Be the main point of contact (post-sale) for multiple projects focused on Creator campaigns at any given time

Establish, manage, and clearly communicate timelines as well as a transparent project management process that emphasizes quality and efficiency with vendor, advertiser and Snap teams

Manage client communications, questions and approvals throughout production process

Proactively manage any potential challenges during asset development and provide creative solutions

Manage 3rd party vendors to execute agreed upon scope of work

Responsible for securing final asset approval from client and agency partners

Manage distribution of final assets to the account team and funnel the creative into the Ads Manager creative library

Recommend improvements to project management process to increase efficiency and quality

Serve as a liaison between the vendor and sales teams

Act as creative ambassador of Snapchat’s guidelines and best practices for Creator campaigns
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
-
Creative or ad agency experience
-
Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to independently manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail.
-
Ability to constructively navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
-
Proficient in Keynote, Google suite, and Adobe suite.
Minimum qualifications:
-
4+ years of project management or production experience in executing Creator campaigns
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
-
Experience managing a heavy workload
-
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage ever-changing priorities in challenging situations

Strong communication skills - clear and direct written and verbal
Preferred qualifications:
-
Experience working with advertising clients in a support function

Experience with influencer marketing/talent management agencies
-
Familiarity with augmented reality and video trends
-
Understanding of current social media and Creator landscape
-
Experience working in Salesforce and Monday.com.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$133,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$126,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$113,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
