This role is in office Monday to Friday.

The Role:

Within our International Private Wealth business, we are seeking a strong, motivated professional to support day‑to‑day execution and coordination across new and existing private offerings with major banks and wealth management firms in US Offshore, LATAM, and Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the execution of fund launches and onboarding for open‑ended and closed‑end Cayman, LATAM, and Canadian structures.

  • Support coordination with third‑party service providers, internal teams, and distribution partners to respond to investor inquiries and ongoing operational requests.

  • Assist with processing standard investment requests from regional investors through to completion.

  • Help document and support improvements to operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance on distributor platforms, under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Build an understanding of private bank operational platforms and processes across specified regions.

  • Support ongoing regional initiatives by assisting with analysis, coordination, and execution related to new access points, product lines, and hedged currency offerings.

  • Support the development of FAQs and client‑facing educational materials in collaboration with senior stakeholders to enhance distributor engagement and client experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant financial industry experience.

  • Experience in an international organization is a plus.

  • Experience in private markets preferred.

  • Familiarity with iCapital, Allfunds and similar platforms preferred.

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and collaborative, team‑oriented approach.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts with guidance.

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while working across several workstreams.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills.

  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours as part of a global, cross‑regional team.

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $110,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
