In this role, you’ll uncover key questions in Private Equity, identifying and recruiting top experts to join our network of 1.25M+ Guidepoint Advisors. You’ll match the right voices for our events and teleconferences, gaining hands-on experience in business fundamentals and market insights—an ideal next step for early career professionals interested in Private Equity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research & Sourcing: Identify industry executives, consultants, and subject-matter experts with relevant private equity exposure.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Contact potential advisors via email, LinkedIn, and phone to explain participation opportunities and secure their involvement.
  • Collaboration: Work with moderators and internal teams to understand call topics and find the best-fit advisors.
  • Pipeline Management: Track outreach efforts, responses, and confirmed advisors in CRM.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in private equity and key sectors to improve expert targeting.

What You Have:

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment and project management as part of our Client Service Teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly grasp industry dynamics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple outreach efforts.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM, and database research.
  • Interested in Private Equity and alternative investment strategies.

What We Offer:

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for a yearly bonus of up to $4,000 based on performance.

Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
