As a Principal Product Manager at CoreWeave, you will be the driving force behind our product strategy, understanding user needs, market trends, collaborate closely with engineering and go-to-market teams and ultimately deliver compelling products for customers. Your mission is to craft and execute a product and cloud computing solutions roadmap that delivers exceptional & differentiated customer experience .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy that aligns with market demands and CoreWeave’s strategic goals & business objectives.
- Serve as the voice of the user community within CoreWeave, translating their feedback and needs into actionable product improvements and innovations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of user-centric tools and platforms, focusing on usability, performance, and integration capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the end-to-end user journey on CoreWeave’s platform, from onboarding to deployment and scaling of applications.
- Stay informed about industry trends, user needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave remains a preferred choice in the market.
- Utilize metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of the product, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product offering.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with cloud solutions, developer tools, or related platforms.
- Deep understanding of the user experience, with a strong empathy for users and their needs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
- Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to not only make data-informed decisions but also intuitively balance customer benefit and engineering complexity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in product management
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $190,000-$245,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters for up to 2 weeks within their first month of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
If you reside within a 30-mile radius of our New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, Sunnyvale or Bellevue offices, we're excited for you to join us at the office at least three times a week, recognizing the significance we place on fostering connections, collaboration, and creativity within our office culture.
