In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of marketing and creative strategies for the CreditWise business specific to Acquisitions. This role has multiple channels and will require the ability to collaborate on overall marketing planning, including testing, with both internal and external teams.
How our hybrid model works
This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting . Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days . Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic marketing for CreditWise Marketing Acquisitions
  • Accountable to enrollment volume key result as part of the larger CreditWise business objectives
  • Set roadmap and agendas for acquisitions across channels both Paid (Demand Gen, SEM, etc.) and Internal (SEO, Email, Site etc.)
  • Define testing agendas for Marketing Acquisitions across channels (current and new), audiences, and creatives
  • Key stakeholder for Paid channels for external and internal agency, building and growing relationships
  • Understand end to end enrollment experience and how that influences testing, enrollment volumes, and long term costs to acquire
  • Partner with Product, Business Analytics, and Affiliates to drive acquisitions roadmap
  • Build creative briefs and partner closely with our Brand Creative and Design partners to execute a cohesive look and feel across our acquisitions touchpoints
  • Build synergies with Customer Management


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Can manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities, while maintaining excellent and accurate work.
  • Has 4+ year of marketing acquisitions experience via Paid (SEM, Demand Gen, Meta, etc.) and Organic (SEO, Email, Site)
  • Is an analytical thinker, quick to pivot and make decisions based in data
  • Likes thinking outside the box to search for new testing opportunities
  • Can see the value in the end to end product experience vs. working in a silo
  • Thrives on collaboration, the opportunity to build in white space and the drive for results.
  • Is a highly effective communicator who can influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking.
  • Is a skilled relationship-builder who can create strong, high-leverage internal networks.
  • Has a passion for leveraging data, metrics and insights to drive results and learnings, specifically in digital channels.
  • Possesses strong communication and influence skills: verbal and written.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in acquisitions or ecommerce
  • At least 3 years of multi-channel digital marketing experience
  • At least 3 years experience planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
  • At least 3 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in the financial services industry.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $118,700 - $135,400 for Principal Associate, Marketing
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
