The Crown Is Yours
Join our team as a Pick6 Revenue Operations Associate, and you will play a central role in owning the revenue and contest strategy for DraftKings' brand new fantasy product. You must have strong analytical skills and an ability to identify trends in historical data to anticipate future performance. What you'll do as a Pick6 Revenue Operations Associate

  • Solve complex Pick6 operations problems with a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and sports/ fantasy sports expertise.
  • Design daily contest mixes that maximize revenue.
  • Develop and implement testing plans to analyze results and improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Pick6 Operations, Promotions, Analytics, CRM, and Finance.
  • Utilize data to identify the trends that influence future performance
  • Monitor competitor performance to review and understand new promotions, games, and product features.
  • Create presentations and written materials and present to both technical and non-technical audiences in an effective way, articulating ideas, and opinions clearly and efficiently.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results driven, start-up environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.
  • Data-driven, strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tool is considered a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed, including nights and weekends.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $56,000.00 - $84,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
