We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Admin Contractor to support our team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth NYC office operations.


This will be a part-time, 25 hour/week role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support general office operations, including organizing, handling mail correspondence, managing vendors and maintaining supplies.
  • Serve as the point person for building and team events in NYC including community events, room rentals, and team specific events
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and process basic workplace expenses.
  • Provide support to employees in office and those visiting
  • Survey the team and process weekly food orders from instacart and manage employee preferences
  • Organize and maintain food and beverage storage spaces
  • Manage inventory and process orders for office supplies
  • Coordinate with office vendors and be the point of contact for any questions
  • Assist in People-related tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement systems to improve administrative efficiency and communication.
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative, office management, or similar role.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot office-related issues and take initiative.
