About the team:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B SaaS Partner Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Partner Operations and a strong understanding of the SaaS industry. This role will be critical in managing and optimizing our partner relationships, ensuring seamless operations, and driving revenue growth through our partner ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner Relationship Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and issues from Sift’s Partner Managers.

  • Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize partner onboarding, training, and enablement processes. Implement and manage partner performance metrics and reporting. 

  • Revenue Growth:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute partner-driven revenue strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to align partner operations with overall company goals. Coordinate with product, finance, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

  • Data Management and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records in CRM and other relevant systems.

  • Content Management and curation: Collaborate with internal teams to create partner-specific materials, enablement tools, and reporting frameworks. Develop and maintain process documentation.

What will make you a strong fit:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Partner Operations, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and partner ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with PRM (Impartner), CIM, and Ecosystem revenue platforms (Crossbeam) 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
