Revel is seeking a Contract Paid Performance Manager to join our marketing team. You’ll partner closely with our Director of Marketing, Growth Data Analyst, Marketing Designer, Social Media Manager, and other key company stakeholders to effectively manage our paid social channels in support of driver & rider growth. 


This role is perfect for you if you have a growth focused mindset & are looking to get your hands in the weeds to unlock new optimizations, improvements & opportunities! Our goals are twofold: 1) qualified driver applications & 2) first rides via user acquisition. Success for this role is the ability to improve our CAC while increasing volume for each side of the business. This is a part-time contract opportunity for approximately 10 - 20 hours a week with the possibility of moving to full-time if business needs permit.  


Responsibilities

  • Lead all paid digital executional efforts across our consumer & driver focused channels executionally focusing primarily on google search & meta
  • Efficiently & effectively manage daily pacing while being mindful of key metrics such as CAC,  LTV,  ROI, etc
  • Provide recommendations on ways to improve current performance, including creative improvements, lead gen optimizations, budget recommendations, new channel opportunities, testing opportunities, & new ad formats. 
  • Partner with the data team to ensure we have full visibility on performance funnels.
  • Ensure proper tracking & attribution is set up across app & web based efforts to measure effectiveness, including UTMs, pixel data & conversion tracking.
  • Working independently, keeping project timelines on track and showing process to broader marketing team. 

Qualifications

  • 4+  years experience with managing end to end paid digital channels (Google, Meta recruitment marketing etc) 
  • Experience with lead gen applications (nice to have if employment oriented) & lower funnel conversion events on both web & app.
  • Experience with high growth accounts in a fast paced agency or startup environment
  • Experience working with data tools & measurement partners


Base compensation ranges from $46-$69/hr, based on experience level.
