As Operations Chief of Staff at Via, you’ll lead the strategic direction of our operations organization in close partnership with our COO to drive exceptional outcomes across business priorities.  Working closely with our executive team, you are an exceptional executor and visionary leader.

**This role is based in NYC**

What You'll Do:

  • Directly impact company-wide priorities by overseeing and managing the strategic planning process for the COO’s organization
  • Support the buildout and launch of new business verticals and functions 
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects that have high visibility and business impact
  • Proactively identify and implement areas of improvement in Via’s operations that impact both growth and profitability
  • Be a central point of cross-functional work and communication  across different teams and departments within Via 
  • Represent Via externally with both customers and other strategic partners 
  • Collaborate on a daily basis with the COO and other key senior company leaders

Who You Are:

  • Savvy and tactful communicator: you intuitively find the right tone in every situation, and can handle complex internal and external communications
  • 10+ years of work experience, prior P&L management and/or commercial deal-making experience a plus 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
  • Salary Range: $200,000-$300,000 annually
