Magnite's Office Manager in New York his position will be responsible for creating an exceptional space for our employees to work. This role requires strong attention to detail and frequent communications with employees, managers and vendors. Applicants for this role must demonstrate  flexibility, capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for customer service. In this role success is determined by ensuring office operations run smoothly and driving initiatives that have a positive outcomes for our team.   

In this role you will: 

  • Oversee office operations (access cards, manage snack programs/vendors, facilities management, office lunches and other team initiatives)

  • Greet guests, vendors, clients and employees from the reception desk

  • Own seating chart management

  • Assist with office layouts, furniture and aesthetic design, and office relocations (as needed)

  • Order office supplies and food while stocking kitchens daily

  • Manage cleaning vendors and janitorial services to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and order

  • Organize, design, and service frequently high-traffic areas (conference rooms, printer rooms, elevator lobbies, stairways, restrooms, hallways and window areas)

  • Partner with building management & external vendors to address facilities issues as needed, including managing building tickets & COI submissions

  • Support employee engagement, culture building and wellness events

  • Be an advocate of our company culture

  • Manage security & maintenance services which includes all building services (to include, but not limited to H.V.A.C., fire alarms, and security systems as needed)

  • Secure quotations, initiate purchase orders, negotiate contracts, oversee and inspect purchases for improvements and repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine aspects of building infrastructure

  • Manage maintenance records, files, and vendor contacts

We’re looking for someone with:

  • The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to vendors, building management, employees, clients, and guests in a welcoming and courteous manor

  • The ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 40 pounds

  • With the capacity with custodial and security staff and possess a basic working knowledge of H.V.A.C., fire alarms, and other life safety systems,  and security systems

  • Strong written communication

  • 2+ years experience in facilities maintenance with working knowledge of building management, maintenance vendors and maintenance budgets/costs
