Job Description
The Firm is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join the growing Marketing & Communications team in its New York office, working closely with the Americas sales team, Marketing and other internal partners. This person will be responsible for marketing, brand building, and lead generation among U.S. wirehouse and Independent channels while serving the rapidly growing Canadian market.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs to build and strengthen advisor relationships across innovative marketing tactics; including, sales support, events, digital, advertising, and PR

Collaborate with Sales to create impactful content and sales enablement strategies

Design a data-driven marketing segmentation strategy using third-party data sets and internal insights to build effective marketing journeys that generate qualified leads

Build customer loyalty through programs focused on value-add and thought leadership

Develop expertise of the wealth marketplace, data providers and third-party marketing partnerships

Drive product launch campaigns aligned with overarching marketing strategies

Establish measurable marketing goals, produce ongoing reporting on campaign metrics and sales influence, and marry industry trends and the competitive landscape to iterate on approach

Collaborate with marketing team – digital, editorial, and product – customizing outputs that resonate with your target audience and respect regional compliance sensitivities
Successful candidate will possess the following:

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Proven expertise in data analytics and digital marketing
-
Affinity for working with a variety of marketing technology
-
Able to translate complex financial concepts into compelling marketing narratives

Experience with private wealth/intermediary channel preferred

Outstanding project management and communication skills
-
Knowledge of alternatives strategies in public and private markets is beneficial

Excitement for working in an entrepreneurial environment, sharing and establishing best practices

Experience building and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns
Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designation.
