The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sr. Technical Consultant will lead design discussions, perform advanced D365 CRM configurations, develop integrations, and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
As a Dynamics CRM Sr. Technical Consultant you can expect to…
- Produce thorough gap analysis and participate in analysis phase; Validate business and technical requirements as they relate to the client; Participate in analysis phase of projects
- Lead discussions with the client and project teams during the Project Technical Design meetings
- Facilitate and conducts technical design sessions and workshops on specific areas such as prototyping, data mapping, business rules, integrations, data migration, etc.
- Derive technical resolutions to business processes required by the users
- Perform advanced configuration and customization of the D365 solution
- Develop within D365 CRM system, specifically with C#, JS w/ Angular JS Framework, XRM Page model, configuration of forms, workflows, etc.
- Write D365 CRM Plug-ins and work on CRM instance administration
- Develop Power Apps within D365
- Develop Integrations (.NET, SSIS) using Microsoft’s latest integration APIs, WebAPI & KingswaySoft
- Support the deployment of D365 CRM Integration customizations by creating installation procedures and documentation
- Use SQL development, optimization, debugging, security, and tracing
- Write unit tests for completed development components of projects

- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 4+ years of experience working with recent versions of D365 CRM
- 5+ years of technical experience working with technologies including but not limited to: C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe, KingswaySoft
- Ability to identify risks and provide risk analysis options
- Experience with configurations of CRM including, but not limited to, forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows
- UX design experience developing wireframes and workflows
- Long-range vision and ability to manage a sub-work stream within a project start to finish
