The role:

We are seeking a dynamic data driven Sr. Business Associate to join our team and support key initiatives across the Member experience. This role is pivotal in understanding, analyzing, and communicating insights about our members’ interactions and journeys, ensuring they align with our mission of empowering financial wellness.

As a versatile contributor, you will support cross-functional projects, develop data-driven narratives, and provide actionable insights that inform business and product strategy. Your work will directly influence how we enhance the Member experience and overall satisfaction.

What you’ll do: 

  • Dive deep into member-related data to understand user behaviors, identify trends, and quantify the overall member experience.
  • Create visually compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or other self-service analytics platforms to tell impactful stories with data.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality presentations for leadership, executive teams, and board members, synthesizing insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison across teams to coordinate priorities and timelines, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • Analyze and interpret data using SQL, Excel, and other tools, identifying opportunities for improvement in business and product health.
  • Quickly adapt to evolving priorities, taking ownership of ad hoc projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll need:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in consulting, banking, or growth-stage start up or in a similarly demanding role
  • Proven experience in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Experience working with self-service analytics tools and a strong grasp of storytelling through data visualization.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights and narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering high-quality presentations for senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to coordinate and prioritize across teams and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • A keen ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools or frameworks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent business acumen and an understanding of how to balance member needs with organizational goals.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in financial technology, banking or other consumer-oriented business
  • Familiarity with customer journey and user experience analytics 

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
