As the Growth and Partnerships Leader, you will play a pivotal role in charting the growth trajectory of the company. Your core mission is to design and implement strategies that fuel revenue growth, unlock new business channels and partners, and solidify our foothold in the precious metals space – while growing the company into other verticals.  Your aim will be to drive successful partnerships with enterprise clients (e.g., large banks, financial institutions, and metals dealers) and cementing GBI’s leadership in these verticals. This role will serve as an external evangelist, while overseeing existing relationships and creating new relationships with potential clients & key stakeholders.  This role will report to our Chief Strategy Officer.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the GBI’s value proposition across the entire platform connecting client needs with solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive product and service offerings.
  • Develop partnerships to drive market expansion; lead team members to successfully acquire new clients and drive successful partnerships.
  • Lead the efforts in acquiring new affiliate marketing partners, building a robust pipeline, and converting leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends that impact revenue growth, and then translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics to gain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align strategies, optimize sales and marketing efforts, and ensure that product offerings align with customer needs.
