Our Solution

Paces is software for green infrastructure developers to identify the best places to build and manage their projects. First we collect environmental, permitting, zoning, energy grid data from various different sources; then we analyze the data and use AI to identify the best places for developers to build their next projects.

Paces is growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join who want to have a massive positive climate impact while building a great culture! We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join as the second hire on our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead.

🏆 What You’ll Achieve

  • Develop and execute thought leadership content, including blog posts, podcasts, and reports across various channels.

  • Own the social media strategy, including creating engaging content to grow our brand presence.

  • Collaborate on email marketing strategies, including developing automated campaigns and newsletters within Hubspot.

  • Assist in building out the demand generation function, including execution of digital ads, events, sales enablement, case studies, emails, etc.

  • Work closely with the product and growth team to manage and execute various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Adapt to various marketing needs, from content creation to analytics, to support the company’s growth and evolving needs.

📈 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with experience in developing thought leadership and social media content.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and creating automated campaigns.

  • Understanding or familiarity with demand generation tactics, including digital advertising and event marketing.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, self-manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

🚀 Bonus Points

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation tools.

  • Previous experience in the clean energy or sustainability sector.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $75,000-105,000
