About the Role
iCapital is looking for a talented Marketing Measurement and Analytics Manager, Vice President, to join our Digital Marketing team and help make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing efforts. This pivotal role within our Marketing and Communications Organization reports to the Center of Excellence lead, driving innovation in our shared services framework.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.
- Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to define and measure success of marcom campaigns.
- Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather and analyze data.
- Leverage advanced and predictive analytic techniques to forecast trends and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data and Analytics team to ensure alignment and integration of insights.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience
- B2B and enterprise marketing experience
- Proven experience in marketing measurement and analytics
- Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Experience working in small and large organizations
- Capable of making critical decisions under pressure and prioritizing projects based on strategic business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and team members.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI preferred
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day.
