Location: Must reside in the Netherlands

We’re seeking a multilingual Marketing Manager (English, German, French) with 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. This role requires creativity, initiative, and adaptability, with an ability to travel 30-40% of the time (seasonally). 

Key Responsibilities

1. Events & Field Marketing:

  • Plan and execute regional events and field marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, from vendor coordination to on-site execution.
  • Represent Carbon Robotics at trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events.

2. Social Media Strategy:

  • Create and manage social media content tailored to the European market on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Ensure timely and relevant updates aligned with company objectives and regional trends.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.

3. Direct Customer Engagement:

  • Work closely with sales teams to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collect and develop customer references, quotes, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities and collaborate with clients to amplify results.
