As a Marketing Delivery Sr. Associate on the JPMorgan Private Client team, you will thrive in a creative environment and enjoy managing the end-to-end campaign. You will help lead the capacity planning and execution of client acquisition marketing efforts for a new sales channel, partnering closely with our marketing strategy team. You will work on initiatives that will span multiple media outlets with heavy emphasis on digital and direct mail to build awareness, to educate, to guide consideration and choice. You should have experience working with cross-functional teams in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support critical touch points along the customer journey and have a mindset for performance measurement, best practices and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end creative development and implementation of marketing campaigns ensuring initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters.
  • Collaborating with marketing strategy managers on creative development and to identify opportunities, strengthen campaign strategy and establish the framework for measurement and reporting.
  • Effectively and efficiently working within multiple systems and processes throughout creative development to ensure proper approvals and controls required for a successful launch.
  • Contributing innovative and creative ideas as well as channel best practices
  • Thinking critically and making recommendations to optimize campaigns to improve results, efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Lead a robust marketing planning process that clearly articulates strategic priorities and the tactical book of work.
  • Lead a process that allows marketing delivery teams to quickly adjust to changing priorities within the marketing book of work.
  • Track changes to the book of work, ensuring all downstream teams can support.
  • Generate monthly reporting on project intake and changes, identifying trends and when additional headcount may be required.
  • Partner with agencies for creative development and execution
  • Partner with internal teams like legal, compliance and internal channel execution partners (email, ad ops)


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Strong knowledge of and 5+ years' experience in campaign execution and/or project management is required
  • Agency/vendor management, including process improvement and issues resolution/escalation
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage the details of marketing project execution including following process and adhering to strict controls
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in financial services/investment marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Ability to travel at least quarterly
