About the Job:
As a Managing Principal at Capco, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects and developing new business opportunities. You will work on-site with clients to implement change initiatives for leading financial services organizations, particularly within the Capital Markets sector.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Lead a diverse team of consultants, subject matter experts, and analysts in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Take charge of client engagements, preparing clear, concise, and insightful reports of findings and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client peers
- Understand and anticipate evolving client needs
- Plan and execute impactful projects tailored to client requirements
- Stay informed about market trends and share insights with client leadership
- Proactively seek opportunities to develop your expertise, drive innovation, and highlight the Capital Markets team’s capabilities
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of consulting experience in Capital Markets and Securities-related businesses
- Deep understanding of the full trade lifecycle for multiple products/asset classes [FI, Equities, FX]
- Extensive knowledge of the vendor landscape across the capital markets domain, particularly broker-dealers
- Proven track record of hitting individual sales targets required
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, global platform implementations
- Ability to develop and implement global IT resourcing strategies
- Current knowledge of technology themes such as cybersecurity, resiliency, cloud migrations, and DevOps
- Strong stakeholder management skills at the CIO and senior management levels
- Experience in leading and managing large global teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative team approach
- Initiative to make proactive decisions and drive progress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse client stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work across different business areas as a consultant
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness and ability to travel Monday through Thursday as needed
