The Manager of Revenue Analytics works to organize, visualize & comprehend our advertising revenue and drive business growth by providing actionable insights and data-driven solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Maintain accurate weekly revenue forecasts for advertising revenue, including at the product, category, sales team and editorial brand level
- Oversee development & maintenance of always-on dashboards to inform stakeholders across all lines of business (direct media, content, audio & programmatic), editorial brands and sales teams
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within our databases via categorization, classification as well as working closely with account management teams & sales teams on data entry in CRM & order management systems
- Build & update long-term supply models tracking changes in inventory availability & yield across digital, audio & video channels
- Participate in annual budgeting, goal setting, and quotas, utilizing market research, internal investments & trends, and qualitative account & agency knowledge
- Support revenue leadership to evaluate investment cases, business initiatives, sales incentives and other strategic considerations
- Participate in ad hoc cross functional projects, partnering with Editorial Analytics, Finance, Data Science and Revenue Product on company priorities.
- Educate & train revenue teams on utilization of revenue data tools to enhance information accessibility & empower analyses across the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to one direct report, including performance management, development and goal setting
WHO YOU ARE
- BA/BS with strong academic record
- 4+ years of digital media experience, preferably in an analytical role (FP&A, analytics). Business intelligence/finance experience in non-media industries are welcome
- Advanced Excel knowledge (including GSuite), experience with with Business intelligence / visualization tools (Looker (what we use), Tableau, Chartio, etc.); SQL knowledge is a plus
- High-level communication skills, experience with exec level reporting and one-to-many presenting & team project management
- Knowledge of ad operations, ad serving, or familiarity with Salesforce, Operative, GAM, Megaphone, or Google Analytics a plus
- Strong organizational agility, cultural & operational connector and problem solver

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.

$110,000—$130,000 USD
