The Global Network Economics and Value Optimization (NEVO) team
Partners with all regions and global business units to execute changes in economics aligned to product- and market-led strategy under a consistent framework.
Leads the execution of strategic Economics & Value Optimization initiatives that are complex and the scope require a global view and coordination.

• Support management of Pricing & Interchange policies and procedures, helping to ensure consistent application and alignment across regions and business units• Contribute to strategic alignment, assisting in the coordination of product- and market-led initiatives within established governance frameworks• Drive execution of key initiatives, supporting governance processes and helping coordinate cross-functional efforts on complex, high-impact projects• Enhance accountability and decision processes, promoting clarity and consistency while reducing fragmentation and rework across teams• Support capability building efforts, helping to embed governance standards through documentation, guidance, and training to enable scalability over time

• Experience supporting policies, processes, or governance frameworks with strong attention to detail• Solid project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority• Clear written and verbal communication, translating complex topics into simple guidance• Proven ability to drive execution and follow through on deliverables• Basic understanding of pricing, financial concepts, or interchange (or ability to learn quickly)• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project tracking tools is a plus• Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to operate in structured and evolving environments
