You must have strong leadership skills and an ability to collaborate with other teams across product, operations and engineering at DraftKings. What you'll do as a Manager, Fantasy Sports Operations

  • Lead a team of associates managing day-to-day operations for Pick6.
  • Own and develop content merchandising strategy for Pick6.
  • Develop and implement testing plans to analyze results and improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Pick6 Operations, Promotions, Analytics, CRM, and Finance.
  • Utilize data to identify the trends that influence future performance.
  • Create presentations and written materials and present to both technical and non-technical audiences in an effective way, articulating ideas, and opinions clearly and efficiently.


What you'll bring

  • Degree in a quantitative or business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Enthusiasm for sports, with an interest in fantasy sports.
  • Experience as a lead or people manager.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Adaptability in a new, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to make and confidently defend decisions, even when solutions aren't clear-cut.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 89,600.00 USD - 112,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
