The Crown Is Yours
Create best in class experiences for our customers as a Manager, Event Operations & Ticketing. Seated at the intersection of events & operations, this role will work cross functionally to manage the ticket process and guest communications across VIP experiences. While managing the DraftKings portfolio of VIP tickets and experiences, you will identify optimization opportunities to elevate customer experiences.
What you'll do as a Manager, Event Operations & Ticketing

  • Oversee DraftKings portfolio of VIP tickets and experiences.
  • Leverage online systems to track usage, value and measure ROI.
  • Distribute tickets to VIP guests, communicate event details and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Track, evaluate, and assign value of the assets to provide data driven insights and recommendations on overall ticketing strategy.
  • Work across multiple stakeholders to oversee the ticketing lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Identify gaps and optimization opportunities in the current ticketing process.
  • Develop guidelines and documents to incorporate new best in class processes and tooling.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ticket management/guest experience at a brand, agency, team or venue.
  • Knowledge of key tools and processes to streamline efficiencies for tracking and distribution.
  • Experience utilizing TicketManager and other similar hospitality and events operation systems.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand opportunity cost to strategize with leaders on decisions with an ROI driven mentality.
  • Collaborative and customer oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 108,000.00 USD - 135,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
