About the Team:

This role reports to the Partnerships and Alliances team who develop strategic partnerships with the most influential partners in our space.

About the Role:

We seek a Manager of Agency Partnerships who will play a key role in building and executing the Agency Partner and Alliance strategy.  We are looking for a proven sales and alliance professional who is an effective and confident communicator with an entrepreneurial approach who is looking to maximize financial success in a progressive environment that promotes quality, creativity and innovation. This individual contributor will report to the Director of Partnerships and Alliances.

You Will:

  • You will grow our agency partnerships and partner influenced revenue in North America by cultivating relationships with an extensive existing agency partner base
  • Recruit and evaluate potential new agency partnerships to grow and enhance the partner ecosystem
  • Lead day-to-day management of assigned partners and drive deep engagement
  • Drive GTM strategy between partners and the direct sales organization, act as the liaison between our AEs and agency  account teams 
  • Assist with all aspects of account launches and ongoing issue resolution as needed when agencies are involved
  • Orchestrate efforts with various members of other departments to drive better agency partnerships
  • Develop and deliver use case presentations to existing and new agencies  with an emphasis on differentiating us from other vendors in the space
  • Act as the primary point of contact with agency contacts, keep them abreast of all things Invoca as well as industry trends
  • Participate in and contribute to the development of strategic sales initiatives as part of the Partner team
  • Drive pipeline and maintain a sales funnel, hold a lead and influence revenue quota for partner opportunities
  • Nationwide travel is required and encouraged

You Have:

  • 7+ years in Advertising and Marketing Industry
  • 5+ years of indirect Agency sales experience or partner management is preferred.  Previous experience building and managing a complex and successful agency partnership or alliance programs
  • Extensive rolodex of Agency contacts 
  • Understands complex customer requirements, able to find multiple avenues of entry into an account, and excellent prospecting and closing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to move fast, and eagerness to exceed goals
  • Experience in building close “trusted advisor” relationships with external partners
  • Experience in setting account management strategies and initiatives
  • Strong project management, organization and multi-tasking skills required 
  • Ability to utilize the Google suite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint & SFDC
  • Extraordinary and effective communication skills required (oral and written)
  • In-house Agency experience, a plus

Position Base Range - $105,000-$115,000 / plus variable
