ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Manager, Advisory Sales Operations is a role designed to champion and lead a high-quality sales analyst and top of the funnel team within the Apex advisory (RIA) sales organization. This is a player/coach role and this person is detail oriented, excels in strategic thinking, and also possesses the ability to execute on tactical initiatives. This individual will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the sales operations function and execution of initiatives that enhance business development efforts. The Sales Analyst will work closely with the sales, client experience, and marketing teams to support acceleration of advisory NNA to Apex.
Duties/Responsibilities

Identify and pursue operational top of funnel strategy to support sales team in their effort to expand Apex Fintech Solutions' reach with prospective clients.

Collaborate with sales directors to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements to accelerate NNA efforts

Develop process and plans to execute on sales operations including maintenance and improvement of an advisory sales dashboard, communicating updates on key opportunities, and collaborating with revenue operations and marketing on potential enhancements in CRM system and other systems to improve processes.

Manage business development associate responsible for top of the funnel prospecting and sales analysts on tactical sales analyst operations. Put process and metrics in place to monitor success of this individual and lay plans to expand top of the funnel team based on capacity,

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize lead conversion to opportunities.

Accountable for delivery of tactical activity and lead conversion targets within the sales department and KPIs set by the company.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.

Execute tactical tasks and activities to support the implementation of business development programs and initiatives, including a process to track progress of enterprise opportunities.

Monitor and track progress against goals and objectives, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful execution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong delivery of information and solutions to prospective clients and new clients
Education and/or Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
-
6+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the advisory industry.

2+ years of prior people management experience
-
Experience in supporting sales operations within a complex environment
-
FINRA Series 7 license preferred
Required Skills/Abilities

In-depth professional knowledge of sales operations solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills including internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM software (ideally salesforce) and Microsoft Office 365.

Salary Range
$99,000-$123,500
The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
