The primary responsibility for this role is to manage and lead relationships with customers for Data & Analytics engagements, while working with IT and business to convert insights into strategic opportunities. We are in search of passionate, motivated, and creative Sr Manager to join our Managed services team and lead a team of managers, Data architects, Data technology engineers, Data scientists and Reporting and BI experts to drive business outcomes through analytics interventions.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Demonstrates a minimum 10 years of experience in data and analytics management with at least 8 years of Experience of leading various Data and Analytics relationships to drive program/initiatives of large sizes; and,
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with a managed services organization with a passion for building new service offerings and identifying white field opportunities in the Data analytics and Technologies space;extensive Experience of ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Knowledge management, Release management, Data DevOps etc.

  • Working with a managed services organization with a passion for leading multiple Data and Analytics engagements and demonstrate proven experience in following key areas/activities;
  • Working with CxOs from customer organization to drive business outcomes and thereby creating opportunities for future engagement;
  • Constructing a business case for need of Managed services engagement at various levels of interaction with customer stakeholders;
  • Leading cloud scale development effort for Data Integration technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including how to streamline design, automation, and orchestration of enterprise data that support large business transformation and processes;
  • Leading the ideation and development of accelerators/prebuilt solutions that package leading practices and enable rapid deployment of high quality solutions for our clients;
  • Anticipating and plan future demands of initiatives related to resources, technology needs, accurate estimations, cost budgeting and design/implement solutions to meet these needs;
  • Evangelizing the need of using Data at scale drive Data onboarding initiatives with customer stakeholders.
  • Leading design thinking workshops with customer stakeholders to create proactive opportunities for engaging with various customer stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating experience leading multiple Data & Analytics engagements to build, develop and maintain data & analytics ecosystem, dashboarding & reporting systems, that support key business decisions;
  • Demonstrating experience leading discussions with customer IT teams for large transformation/migration initiatives of migrating the on-prem Data warehouses to advanced platforms like cloud;
  • Demonstrating experience working with various team leads including Business teams and Efficiently Manage risks and issues related delivery of Data and Analytics assets;
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth in the Data & Analytics area and drive them to closure with respective stakeholders (internal as well as external);
  • Demonstrating experience in Sales/Presales with respect to responding to RFPs/RFIs in the data and analytics area. Be able to contribute towards decision on estimations, resource loading, pricing, and response construct for RFPs/RFIs;
  • Guiding team to do estimations and sizing effort related to Data analytics work, plan and build teams utilizing onsite/offshore mix, utilizing deployment models for efficient delivery of solution; and,
  • Guiding managers and data architects to build design and delivery of Data processing activities like Data Ingestion, Data processing (ETL and ELT), Data cleansing, profiling, and wrangling, Data Governance (Data Quality, Lineage and Data security), Master Data management, BI reporting, and Analytics.

The salary range for this position is: $103,500 - $233,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
