Senior Analyst, Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology Patent Litigation Analyst

What You'll Do:
- Work closely with Global Head of Healthcare to plan primary research content that will cover patent litigations within pharma and medtech patent litigations.
- Monitor pharma and medtech patient litigations, keep track of the court filings, court procedures, trials and opinions.
- Write reports that provides clients the overview patents being litigated, status of the litigations and the next steps in the process, and summary of the relevant court filings.
- Lead interviews as a moderator featuring expert patent lawyers to discuss the patent litigation outcomes.
- Prepare for interviews by reading court filings, public company SEC filings, reviewing investor presentations, monitoring news releases and analyzing Wall Street research reports.
What you have:
- Juris Doctorate in patent law
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a law firm with pharma and medtech patent litigation role.
- Experience and Ability to lead a team of junior moderators and sales professionals
- Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to research and learn on a daily basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
What we offer:
The annual base salary for this position is $175,000 - $200,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
