How you’ll make an impact
The Spotnana People Team is bringing on board a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist whose primary focus will be to manage and facilitate the Spotnana Global Employee Onboarding Program. This person will play a central role in supporting and enabling employees at Spotnana ensuring they feel welcomed, excited, prepared, and aligned with our company values and principles. As a core member of the Learning and Development team, this person will support the continual measurement, improvement, design, facilitation, and management of the Employee Onboarding program. In summary, this person will be responsible for 1) facilitating an exciting and inspiring onboarding experience, 2) providing foundational knowledge to set-up every employee for success at Spotnana, and 3) incorporating all new employees into Spotnana’s community and culture.
What you’ll own
- Onboarding Program Management:
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding program to create an engaging and seamless experience for new hires.
- Ensure onboarding materials are accurate, up-to-date, and collaborative across teams.
- Plan and communicate onboarding schedules with hiring managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee onboarding content and learning paths in Spotnana’s LMS.
- Facilitation and Delivery:
- Lead virtual and in-person sessions on industry topics, product knowledge, company culture, and professional development.
- Balance synchronous and asynchronous learning to meet diverse needs.
- Program Measurement and Improvement:
- Gather feedback and data to assess and enhance the onboarding program.
- Stay informed on industry best practices to evolve and improve the experience.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Promote and communicate L&D initiatives, including onboarding, across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to support onboarding preparation for new hires.
Experience to bring with you
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or training.
- Experience in program management, facilitation, and working with Learning Management Systems.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and hybrid work environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Spotnana’s NYC office 2 days a week.

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $75,000 - $90,000
