Position Description
- Part of a four-person infrastructure team supporting multiple offices across the US, with one location in London
- Provide support to business users, resolving low to mid-level technical issues and escalating to other team members as necessary
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Excellent opportunity for growth – more involved IT projects will be assigned based on demonstrated capability and willingness
- After-hours support is infrequent but required
- Position is primarily based in NYC but may require occasional travel to Stamford, CT office location
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-5 years experience will be considered (IT internship experience preferred)
- Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite
- Basic understanding of networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Support workload of team and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Work well independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
- Active Directory, GPO, DHCP and DNS
- File and Print server administration
- Experience with Microsoft O365 suite and administration
- Experience with virtualized servers and with users working in a virtual environment
- iOS/Andriod management
Salary Range: 75-85k
