About the DDM Summer Internship Program:
The Dotdash Meredith Summer Internship Program is a 10 week full time program that runs from June 3rd through August 9th, based out of our New York office. The intern program consists of hands-on learning, opportunities to create work that has an impact on the business, along with workshops in preparing you for post-college life (resume / interviewing) plus, some fun events throughout the summer!
The rate for our DDM Summer Internship is $20/hour.

About the Team:

Work in the fast-paced environment, with IT engineers, resolving issues related to Account Management, Administration, Engineering, and Analytics

Assist team with meeting deadlines, and successfully handle projects from start to finish.

Be a true member of the international team assisting our users with issues related to IT
About the Role:
The IT/Platform Support intern will gain real-world experience on an IT team that supports the key systems on which the business runs. They would be an integral part of the SaaS Management team and will get to experience:

Solving challenging issues users face using the various Google Workspace tools employed by the organization.

Researching and evaluating tools that assist us with solving or enhancing our experience with Google Workspace

Assisting team members with accounts audit, systems configuration, alerts and many more

Help our users troubleshoot issues related to Google Drive, Gmail Google Docs and many more

Create technical documentation, test out new features, and work on automating tasks

Learn and manage several other SaaS applications Dotdash Meredith uses

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
Our employees work 3 days in office across our NYC, Des Moines, Birmingham, Seattle, LA, and Chicago locations. A couple of our orgs have remote teams (please refer to job descriptions). We are accommodating towards various exemptions and situations.
