About the Role:

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*

The IT Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to corporate end-users located both in-office and remotely across the globe. This includes installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of approved hardware, software, and peripheral technologies in accordance with Fubo’s established standards and procedures.
The role requires the creation and ongoing maintenance of technical documentation related to IT support processes, procedures, and best practices. This position demands strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, install, configure, and support desktop and laptop systems (macOS and Windows) and peripheral equipment in accordance with established company standards
  • Collaborate with external vendors and support providers to resolve hardware and software issues
  • Provide training to end-users on the proper use of company-approved hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Recommend and perform system upgrades to maintain optimal performance and user productivity
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all approved desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices; conduct spot checks to support the asset management lifecycle
  • Coordinate with Finance and internal stakeholders to facilitate procurement of approved hardware, software, and related technologies following standard operating procedures
  • Utilize the issue tracking system to acknowledge, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned user support tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support for the company’s telephone systems
  • Participate in scheduled after-hours operations, including weekend work and on-call rotation, as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices
  • In-depth knowledge of macOS operating systems
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and later versions
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting within the Google Workspace (G Suite) environment, including email administration
  • Familiarity with antivirus software, inventory management tools, and backup procedures
  • Hands-on experience with device management platforms such as Jamf and MaaS360, including software deployment and patch management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both PC and Mac hardware issues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and applications
  • Competence in resolving WiFi connectivity issues and basic network configurations, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality support, with a strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including remote support via phone or email
  • Physical ability to lift and handle equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds or more
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent professional experience

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $60,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $80,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
