At VideoAmp, we believe in challenging advertising paradigms to maximize value for clients. We do this by enabling companies to execute on business outcomes across their media investment instead of more traditional media metrics. VideoAmp is the software and data solutions company powering the convergence of linear TV and digital video advertising. Our solutions connect linear TV viewership with addressable data assets to benefit the marketing and media industries. This enables marketers and content owners to holistically plan, transact, and measure deduplicated audiences across digital video, OTT, connected and linear TV advertising.
Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic intermediate data engineer who will help build and enhance systems related to our data clean room for digital video and linear television viewership. You are passionate about all things data and tech, and ideally are familiar with advertising technology. You are accomplished in the areas of data engineering, data modeling, and advertising measurement, and are ready to support the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. 

You will also add value by helping build the product through a combination of building new features, optimizing existing pipelines, and growing the product in all aspects. We’re looking for a passionate, humble, and result-driven individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment–a motivated, hardworking leader who sets a high bar for themselves and the quality of their work. 

  • Build and enhance current data warehousing and data clean room architecture

  • Collaborate with other engineering and data science teams to build data models

  • Develop and release using agile methodologies

  • Work closely with internal business and product teams on requirement scopes and definitions of done.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years working with SQL

    • Having data modeling experience is a plus.

  • 3+ years working with Python or similar programming languages

  • Experience with workflows on big data platforms such as Snowflake is a plus.

What We Offer

Minimum base salary of $110,000 - $140,000 + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
