Job Description

As an Institutional Marketing Manager on the Asset and Wealth Management marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape the firm's brand and deepen relationships with customers. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy across various platforms. Your role will involve project management, digital communication delivery, digital event management, and using data to promote initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and supporting marketing initiatives for the North America Institutional client segments, such as defined benefit plans (corporate and public pension plans, multi-employer pension plans), endowments and foundations, healthcare companies and consultants.
  • Responsible for initiatives include advertising, collateral, digital webcast, in person events, industry sponsorships, internal and external communications, thought leadership, and major sales programs to help build awareness and grow the business.
  • Responsible for owning the digital communications and project management across teams, including email and web. Provide updates to collateral and webpages as needed. Ownership of communicating marketing plans and updates to sales and other internal partners.
  • Become intimately familiar with webcast platform and help project manage digital events on weekly basis logistically, in addition to event content planning in partnership with strategists, investment teams, and other experts.
  • Responsible for using data to tell a story and drive initiatives, resources, efficiencies, and changes for the business.
  • Contribute to creating an environment where diversity of thought and experience is welcomed and encouraged.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong marketing experience, ideally in financial services or a related industry
  • Expertise in delivery of digital and traditional marketing solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners and resources
  • Project management, with excellent attention to detail, solid organization skills and the ability to accurately manage large volumes of information.
  • Insight driven, with the ability to learn and understand the needs of prospects and clients, and the distribution needs to support pipeline development.
  • Demonstrate innovation by challenging convention and identify opportunities to develop unique, competitive sales and marketing programs.
  • An effective collaborator, with ability to work alone and partner with people of all levels across multiple locations.
  • The ability to develop credibility and trust through consistent delivery of quality outcomes across a matrix within and beyond marketing.
  • Attention to detail, achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.
  • Effective communication skills, demonstrating grammatical expertise; Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to proofread.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience
