Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Development and Strategic Partnerships, the Inside Sales Manager will play an essential role in developing AiCure’s pipeline. This role will work closely with Marketing, Commercial Development, and Strategic Partnerships to consistently fill the business development funnel. This role will partner with the Vice President to achieve organizational sales pipeline quotas. They will be responsible for demand campaigns that result in a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads that result in additional customers or a deeper penetration into existing customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaboratively work with Account Directors and the Director of Strategic Partners to develop lead generation strategies
- Build and cultivate prospective clients by initiating communications and following up to move opportunities through the Sales Funnel
- Contact, identify, and qualify key decision makers and influencers at targeted organizations
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify accurately
- Identify innovative revenue opportunities
- Measure and track your lead generation activity against quarterly and annual goals
- Report on sales activity and forecast to Commercial Development Leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in R&D / clinical trials strongly preferred
- Healthcare, life science, and/or pharmaceutical / biotechnology experience
- Experience in SDR operations for enterprise level complex sales process
- Comfortable with tactical and strategic objectives
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
- Proven record of performing above quota
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, sense of urgency and professionalism
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
