About the location:

About the role
The Information Technology Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Technology, Innovation & Data and Assistant Director of Technology, Innovation & Data with the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications activities at property.

What you will do

  • Assist in ensuring the continuous availability of critical systems, including Front Office Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX, and Food & Beverage Point of Sales.
  • Assist with providing Systems Administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration, trouble-shooting access problems and completion of on-site documentation.
  • Assist in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with ensuring effective support for other systems and office technology devices, including back office, front of house and human resources applications and
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of system files, software, hardware issues, and service requirements.
  • Assist with providing system support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service, virus protection management.
  • Assist with providing 24 / 7 support for mission critical systems.
  • Assist in coordinating new system acquisitions, corporate-initiated projects, and technology implementations as needed.

What you bring

  • Technical background, network qualifications desired but not essential.
  • Prior education and/or experience supporting complex networks desired but not essential.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Works efficiently in a high-pressure environment and is able to handle stress.
  • Displays a high level of integrity, professionalism and discretion at all times in dealing with employees and their information.
  • College degree, preferably with a focus in Information Systems Technology, or equivalent experience

80k-85k Annually

Schedule & Hours:

Full time; able to work Saturday.
