We are seeking an Implementations Consultant to join our highly motivated, high velocity and growing team.  Scope of the Role:

 The Implementations department is responsible for extracting and transferring data from legal software systems to the LEAP product range, onboarding and training of all new LEAP clients. The department is not only responsible for the technical aspects but also manages client’s expectations in relation to data collection, data migration and LEAP delivery/installation. The ideal candidate is experienced in project management and demonstrates intuitive, analytical, and problem-solving skills whilst exhibiting, motivation, determination, and decisiveness despite any external pressures.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Role:

•             Project Manage the implementation process for all implementations used for on-boarding

•             Provide advice and guidance on projects when required

•             Ensure that standard deliverables for all projects are met

•             Identify & resolve issues, complaints, and enquiries from Clients

•             Communicate with local management team & staff in relation to the Implementations Team

•             Establish implementation / project goals and priorities

•             Ensure that quality standards are met for all Implementations

•             General Troubleshooting

•             Scheduling Training Sessions for clients with external Partner Network Consultants

•             Maintaining the data transitions calendar

•             Collection of Legacy data when required

•             Data probes of Legacy software systems

•             Maintaining Implementations department documentation

•             Performing Compliance checks on client workstations and providing recommendations on next steps to reach full compliance before scheduled Implementation


Requirements

•             Exposure to cloud-based software sector within the Legal industry either from a financial or file management perspective

•             Experience in project managing and leading implementations of software packages

•             Demonstrable experience in conversions of cloud-based software solutions

•             Demonstrable organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to meet deadlines

•             Excellent communication skills and an ability to listen, understand and recommend solutions

•             Demonstrable ability to work under pressure, and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment

•             Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment

•             Basic technical knowledge of software systems – Legal industry knowledge will be a bonus

•             Strong in the use of entire MS Office Suite of Products (especially Excel)

•             Experience of the LEAP cloud product would be an advantage
