About the Role
As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by executing client integrations and ensuring proper system setup. This position will focus on onboarding new clients, managing the full integration process, and maintaining accurate configurations in our database. You'll be instrumental in supporting our 50+ client ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who thrives on execution excellence and wants to build technical implementation skills.
What You'll Work On

Execute the full client onboarding process from initial setup through successful handoff, ensuring smooth transitions and positive client experiences

Ensure operational stability through accurate system integrations and client configurations that maintain data integrity across all connected systems.

Document implementation procedures to create repeatable processes that can be scaled in the future

Perform technical setup for clients of all sizes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address unique integration requirements

Proactively identify potential integration issues and implement preventative solutions
