We're seeking a data-driven Human Resources Systems Associate to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.
As a member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our systems, managing data on our 800-plus employees, and recommending operational processes to elevate our HR practices. You will also design and execute HRIS-related initiatives from start to finish, collaborating with teams across the business to solve operational problems and inefficiencies.

What you'll do:
- Oversee our HR systems, including UKG, HRSoft, Culture Amp, and Greenhouse Onboarding
- Manage business processes involving HRIS and other systems in line with controls and standards
- Configure processes to support the global business, maintain workflows, and partner with other teams for any integrations with other systems
- Lead HR data management and ensure data integrity through audits and process controls
- Ensure delivery of timely and accurate reports, analyzing people data and supporting ad hoc requests (e.g., employee turnover, EEOC reporting, DEI reporting, etc.)
- Gather feedback to continue evolving HR systems and processes
- Contribute to the HRIS implementation project
- Facilitate vendor relationships
- Identify and review process impediments, propose specific solutions, and work with various internal and external teams to implement changes (e.g., IT, software vendors, HR, Legal)
What you should have:
- At least three years of experience in HRIS and HR process and/or system improvements
- Robust background in employee data and HR systems (UKG, HRsoft, Activpayroll, Greenhouse is a plus)
- Experience working with international teams
- Familiarity with HR systems implementation preferred
- Background in US and/or Global payroll configuration is a plus

Estimated base salary range: $80,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
